Return/Exchange Policy

My return policy is for store credit or exchange only. To be eligible for store credit or exchange the order must be shipped back within 10 days of the purchase date. 

Return Registered Mail to 225 S. Broadway Edmond, Ok 73034.

You are responsible for shipping when returning an order and the shipping for exchanged item to be shipped back out. 

SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED. 
NO RETURNS ON ANY LABOR (sizing, alternations of any kind to piece) 

**I am not responsible for tampered packages, claims must be filed with with the post office.**

OUT OF MY HANDS: All orders are shipped USPS. I am not responsible for the package once it leaves my hands and into the post office. All orders are Signature Required and will need a signature for the post man to leave it. 

LAYAWAY: Contact me to set up a layaway plan. I will accept a 3-month layaway, at a 3% interest fee up to 6 months. 1/3 of the payment is required down to put into layaway (no exceptions) NO RETURNS ON LAYAWAY ITEMS. Payments will need to be through Paypal family & friends, Venmo, or cash through local drop off. Contact me and we will get your plan scheduled.  

Please allow me 2-3 days to package and ship after invoice is fully paid and then once it leaves my hands I can not guarantee how long it will take the post office make it to you. Average takes between 3-4 days.
